average 3 to 4 hours.

Do you need to be present: No. However, it is preferable
for client to be present. The inspection agreement is required
to be signed before inspector can begin.

information and pictures (as applicable) and Summary letter; comes in
1 single PDF file that is emailed to client.

completed: Yes, it is your investment.

How much will it cost: All
homes are based upon set criteria. For basic 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath on slab, $365 - $450. Larger
homes, homes over twenty years old, crawlspace or basement are all factors that affect
total cost.
