  • University of North Florida: BS, Construction Management 1997

  • University of North Florida: BA, Political Science, 1995

  • Gwinnett Technical College, Home Inspector Business, 2001

  • Gwinnett Technical College, Home Inspector Building Code Review, 2001

  • American Home Inspectors Training Institute, 2002 

  1. Continuing Education each year: Exceeds the minimum of 20 hours of continuing education per year.

  2. How long been performing inspections: Began in summer 2001, performed over 1,000 inspections since.

  3. Related work history: Plumbers assistant, Residential, and Light Commercial.

  4. How long does inspection take: On average 2 ½ to 3 hours.

  5. Do you need to be present: No. However, it is preferable for client to be present. The inspection agreement is required to be signed before inspector can begin.

  6. Type of report: Computer generated.  Report with Property information, Pictures (when applicable) and Summary, comes in 1 single PDF file that can be emailed.

  7. Can I call if I have additional ?’s after report is completed: Yes, it is your investment.

  8. How much will it cost: All homes are based upon set criteria. For basic 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath on slab, $350 - $450. Larger homes, homes over twenty years old, crawlspace or basement are all factors that affect total cost.
